Delivery Times

While we strive to deliver orders within four hours, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. You can request a preferred delivery window in the special instructions box when placing your order, and we will do our best to meet your request.

If Recipient is Unavailable

If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, our delivery person may leave the arrangement in a safe location for the recipient to find upon their return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery time.

Recipient Contact

In some situations, we may contact the recipient directly to ensure they are available to receive their delivery.

Leave at Door Requests

If you request that an arrangement be left at a specific location (e.g., doorstep, porch, yard), you assume all responsibility for the arrangement's condition and safety. We do not recommend these types of requests and cannot be held liable for any issues, such as missing or damaged arrangements, resulting from this delivery method.
